Explore the observation decks, enjoy panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline, and visit the outdoor terrace on Level 124. Continue to Level 125, positioned approximately 452 metres above ground, for further city views and interactive experiences.

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and entry time. Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled admission. The average visit takes approximately 90 minutes, although waiting times may be longer during busy periods.

ITINERARY

Arrive at the At the Top entrance on the Lower Ground Floor of Dubai Mall at least 30 minutes before the confirmed time.

Present the confirmed ticket or voucher and complete the entry procedure.

Travel to Levels 124 and 125 and explore the observation decks and outdoor terrace.

Complete the experience after approximately 90 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
