Welcome to Milantara Global Tourism. These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our website, submit an enquiry, make a booking or use any travel-related service arranged or provided by us.
By using our website or confirming a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, Refund Policy and any service-specific conditions communicated before payment.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to make a booking. A person booking on behalf of other travellers confirms that they have permission to provide their information and accept these terms on their behalf.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Bookings and Confirmation
All tours, tickets, transfers, hotel services and other travel arrangements are subject to availability and final confirmation.
Customers must provide complete and accurate information, including names, contact details, travel dates, number of travellers, ages of children, pickup information and any other details required for the selected service.
Submitting an enquiry, booking form or payment does not by itself guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after Milantara Global Tourism issues a confirmation, voucher or ticket.
Please check all confirmation details immediately and inform us promptly if any information is incorrect.
3. Prices
Prices may depend on availability, travel date, number of travellers, pickup location, selected options and supplier conditions.
We may change advertised prices before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed, its price will not normally change unless:
• The customer requests a modification
• Incorrect information was provided
• Government taxes, fees or mandatory charges change
• A clear pricing or technical error occurred
• A supplier imposes a permitted additional charge
If an obvious pricing or system error occurs, we may cancel the affected booking and issue an appropriate refund rather than provide the service at the incorrect price.
4. Payments
Online card payments are processed through Stripe, our authorized third-party payment gateway. Stripe processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Full or partial payment may be required depending on the selected service. The required amount and payment deadline will be communicated during booking.
Customers must use only payment links, bank details or other payment methods officially provided by Milantara Global Tourism. Any applicable bank, card, currency-conversion or international transaction charges may be the customer’s responsibility.
A booking may be cancelled if the required payment is not received by the stated deadline.
5. Cancellations, Amendments and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the conditions of the specific tour, ticket, hotel, transfer or supplier.
Some attraction tickets, event tickets, promotional offers and date-specific bookings may be non-refundable and non-amendable after confirmation.
Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted through our official email, telephone or WhatsApp contact details. A request is not confirmed until acknowledged by our team.
Approved refunds will be returned, where possible, to the original payment method. Supplier charges, completed services, booking fees, payment-processing charges or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where applicable and disclosed.
Refund processing times depend on Stripe, banks and third-party suppliers. Please read our separate Refund Policy and the cancellation conditions shown for the selected service.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate booking and contact information
• Arriving at the confirmed location at the required time
• Following safety instructions and local laws
• Behaving respectfully toward staff, suppliers and other guests
• Supervising children and dependent travellers
• Informing us of relevant accessibility, health or special requirements before booking
• Protecting their personal belongings during travel
Late arrival, failure to appear, incorrect contact details or failure to follow instructions may result in missed services without a refund.
7. Passports, Visas and Travel Requirements
Customers are responsible for checking and obtaining all required passports, visas, permits, insurance, health documents and other travel documentation.
Milantara Global Tourism may provide general assistance or information, but we do not guarantee visa approval, entry permission or acceptance of documents by any authority.
We are not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry or missed services caused by incomplete, expired, inaccurate or invalid documents.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Some services are operated by independent suppliers, including tour operators, attraction operators, transportation providers, hotels, airlines and ticketing companies.
Supplier schedules, operating hours, routes, vehicles, menus, inclusions and other service details may change for operational, safety or regulatory reasons.
Where we arrange a third-party service, the supplier’s own terms may also apply. Milantara Global Tourism will provide reasonable assistance if a supplier-related issue occurs, but the supplier remains responsible for delivering its service.
9. Changes and Unavoidable Events
Services may be changed, delayed, rescheduled or cancelled because of weather, road closures, government decisions, safety concerns, mechanical problems, supplier changes, natural events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where possible, we may offer an alternative date, comparable service, credit or refund according to the circumstances and applicable supplier policy. We are not responsible for indirect losses or additional expenses resulting from events outside our reasonable control.
10. Activities, Health and Safety
Certain activities, including desert safaris, dune bashing, water activities, cruises and adventure experiences, may involve physical demands or inherent risks.
Customers must follow all safety instructions and disclose relevant health, mobility or accessibility concerns before booking. Participation may be refused where reasonably necessary for safety.
Pregnant guests, guests with certain medical conditions, infants and elderly travellers should review the activity requirements and seek appropriate medical advice before participating.
11. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Milantara Global Tourism is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during a service unless the loss directly results from our proven negligence and liability cannot legally be excluded.
Any lost item should be reported immediately. Recovery or delivery cannot be guaranteed, and related costs may be charged to the customer.
12. Website Use
Users must not:
• Use the website for unlawful, misleading or fraudulent purposes
• Submit false booking or payment information
• Attempt to access restricted systems or accounts
• Upload malicious code or interfere with website operation
• Copy, scrape or misuse website content without authorization
• Use another person’s information without permission

14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that necessary information may be shared with relevant suppliers and service providers to complete your booking.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Milantara Global Tourism is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from supplier actions, customer error or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability protected under applicable consumer law.
16. Complaints
If you experience a problem during a service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to assist.
Formal complaints should include the booking reference, service date, customer details and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photographs or documents may be requested where relevant.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, business practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date.
Changes will not normally alter an already confirmed booking unless required by law, a government authority or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
